All new plants (not transplanted plants) and materials are covered by a one-year guarantee provided that they receive adequate water and that you allow us to treat them for disease and insects if such should occur within the guarantee period. As insects and disease can occur at any time, please watch the plants closely and call us if you see any discoloration, wilting, etc. We will promptly treat the bushes as needed (the treatments will be billed separately when service is rendered).
In addition to the one-year guarantee, we agree to extend this guarantee for as long as we are retained to provide significant services on your yard. Significant services means that we will be your landscapers for most of your landscaping needs such as mowing, trimming bushes, mulching, planting flowers, etc. So basically, for as long as we are retained as your landscapers, we agree to fix or replace any of the items under guarantee provided that they are receiving adequate water and you allow us to treat them as needed for insects or disease. They will be replaced by similar size and shape items as we installed, or you can receive a credit of the original price towards a larger plant.
Of course, natural disasters such as fire, lightning, fallen trees landing on the plants, etc, are not covered.
I believe this to be the best guarantee in the industry!
Handyman work guarantee:
We want happy customers who call us whenever they need work done. We want to be your “go to” handyman for everything your home needs from simple maintenance to kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Therefore, we are going to stand behind our work as any good contractor would. Our basic guarantee on most jobs is one year labor guarantee. If the work fails within the first year, and it is due to labor issues, we will fix it at no cost to you – not even the materials costs. If the work fails, but it is clearly due to a manufacturers defect in materials, we will repair it and you will not pay for the labor, only the materials – but in most cases the manufacturer should provide replacement materials at no cost to you under their guarantee. And we will work for you and contact the manufacturer in these cases. But in most cases, especially for repeat customers, we will go beyond our standard one year guarantee – again we want you to be happy and we want to be your “go to” handyman! Cases that go beyond the first year would be handled on a case by case basis and we will discuss out thoughts and decisions with you and consider your feelings on the issue.
The point is that whatever we do for you, we want you to be happy with us, and we will do whatever it takes to keep you as a loyal, long term customer!

Frank, Robb and Darren turned a mass of weeds and overgrown shrubs into a beautiful, colorful and easy to maintain garden. It's the garden of my dreams for a price that doesn't cause nightmares. My family and friends have all commented on the beauty - mainly Frank's design- and when I tell them what I paid, they are amazed.
